Machine Information:
Automatic temperature control (can be heated by electricity, water and gas); Hydraulic opening and closing mould; Equipped with secondary net setting, accurate positioning, whole machine vibration, hydraulic overall baffle and snap-in one-off molding system with high degree of mechanization.
The equipment can produce prestressed inner wall panel and outer wall panel (foaming panel, compound panel and sandwich panel) and its performance has reached the leading level in domestic similar products with annual output of 80, 000sqm per wall panel machine.

Features:
1. High capacity
This hollow core wall panel machine can make ten panels in one mould.
2. Lower the cost of production
We use stainless steel for the mould instead of traditional steel. Steel mould machines need brushing de-molding agent, or the panels can't be taken out. But stainless steel machines don't need de-molding agent, this can save both labor and material cost for manufacturers. It can save around 0.1 USD per square meter.
3. The product quality is better
Panels made by this kind of machine have better quality than other kinds. The panel will not be deformed. Its surface is smoother than others.
4. Hydraulic mould closing and opening
Material: GRC (glass-fiber Reinforced cement), gypsum, pulverized, fuel ash, etc.
